Over 20 years’ experience delivering energetic and engaging high-impact training and consulting to a wide variety of financial, pharmaceutical and professional services organizations worldwide. Between 1987 to 2004, concentrated on emerging technologies with special focus on streamlining user-efficiency. Clients and students include IT professionals, helpdesk and training staff, legal professionals, and all levels of end-users. Sine 2004 I have been devoted to communication-based training with an emphasis on the areas listed below. With background in speech communications, telecommunications, broadcast production, copy editing, instructional design and adult learning, I am well-suited to handle many communications related training projects.

As president and founder, I provide technology training services internationally to Fortune 500 Companies, law firms and various computer training organizations. Some include: Perfect Access Speer, Payne Consulting, Deloitte & Touche, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Ernst & Young, Wells-Fargo and Miami-Dade College.

1982 – 1985    WRUF-FM Radio - market leading commercial radio         Gainesville, FL

On-Air personality / Assistant Program Director / Music Director: Performed live on air radio shifts during entire time at station. Produced radio commercial spot advertising, providing both voice-over skills and editing skills of underlying music bed (all part of production except writing the ad copy.) Responsible for assisting in overall operations of the radio station which included training personnel and assisting with programming.
